As a Player Services Assistant, you will award prizes and protect the integrity of BCLC’s payout process. The work includes counter and mail-in claims, disputed claims, claimant inquiries, and communications with internal departments. You will also support big prize winner experiences and selected Regional Prize Payout locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide skilled, timely service to claimants
- Verify counter and daily mail-in prize claims
- Issue and reconcile cheques accurately
- Document, resolve, and escalate disputed claims
- Conduct winner interviews and provide marketing source material

Requirements:

- Post-secondary certificate or diploma
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy, problem-solving, and analytical thinking abilities
- Flexibility for Monday-to-Saturday scheduling
