The Store Associate provides customer service while processing incoming product and supporting daily retail operations. Responsibilities include handling cash and debit sales, following transaction policies, sorting donated goods, and answering product enquiries. The schedule varies weekly and includes weekdays and/or Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions with minimal shortages or overages
- Follow policies for cheques, cards, refunds, voids, and holds
- Load, unload, sort, price, and process donated goods
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone or in person
- Monitor store activity and support security

Requirements:

- Cash handling experience and cash register knowledge
- Experience in a computerized setting
- Some high school coursework or equivalent education experience
- Knowledge of lifting guidelines
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
