School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) seeks workers to support individual student needs with school and district staff. You will assist regular or alternate education programs for individuals or groups. You will also participate in school-based teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individual student needs with school and district staff
- Assist regular education program delivery for individuals or groups
- Assist alternate education program delivery when assigned
- Advocate for students within school-based teams
- Participate in school-based teams as needed
Requirements:
- Grade 12 completion with a Dogwood Certificate
- Education Assistant Certificate program completion
- Six months supporting children or youth with disabilities
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License and clean record
- WHMIS 2015 Certificate and WorkSafeBC safety familiarity
