Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and introduce projects, materials, and finishes
- Qualify requests by needs, budget, branch, and timeline
- Assign projects to designers and send welcome emails
- Answer French and English calls and emails
- Coordinate after-sales requests,
payments, and showroom logistics
Requirements:
- Interior design DEP, DEC, AEC, or related studies
- Bilingual French and English communication, spoken and written
- Warm manner with clients in person and by phone
- Ability to manage priorities, interruptions, and confidential information
- Comfort with computer tools; Monday experience is an asset
