Serve Broadmead customers with BCAA by recommending insurance and memberships while building trusted relationships through personalized advice.
As a Service Advisor, you will promote BCAA insurance products and services for homes, travel, and vehicles. You will recommend current memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. The position supports progression toward becoming an Insurance Advisor through training, licensing, and product learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in person and over the phone
- Recommend memberships, travel insurance, and auto insurance
- Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting
- Identify cost-saving opportunities for customer needs
- Support service quality and sales goals
Requirements:
- At least two years in sales and service
- Level 1 Insurance license or licensing commitment
- Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment
- Limited Errors and Omissions history
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
