As a Client Manager, you will counsel clients about personal insurance coverage suited to their needs and exposures. You will manage client files, issue policies, process renewals, and maintain insurer relationships. The work requires RIBO standing, portal experience, and solid communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day service while managing client file activities
- Issue policies and changes through insurer online portals
- Process renewals, endorsements, and midterm changes
- Rewrite or remarket coverage when necessary
- Upsell appropriate coverages and refer other-line business
Requirements:
- RIBO registration in good standing is required
- More than three years’ industry or personal lines experience
- Experience managing high volumes of clients
- Strong computer and broker management system skills
- Exceptional quotation, communication, and customer retention skills
