This hands-on Immigration Case Processor independently owns client files from intake through submission. You will build strategies, draft submission letters, prepare evidence, and manage applications. The work includes Express Entry, PNP Programs, LMIA Applications, Work Permits, Spousal Sponsorships, Restoration, and Refusal Matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed immigration consultations with clients in person
- Build immigration strategies based on client backgrounds and goals
- Prepare and process files from intake through submission
- Draft submission letters and applicant explanations
- Compile and review evidence packages before filing
Requirements:
- Active RCIC license in valuable standing with CICC
- Minimum one year of licensed immigration practice experience
- Current working knowledge of Canadian immigration law and procedures
- Ability to independently own a full caseload
- Strong drafting, communication, and client management skills
