Build major donor relationships for TCF Canada while using personalized stewardship and solicitation strategies to expand philanthropic support. This role centers on purposeful fundraising.

The Donor Engagement Officer develops long-term engagement with major donors and high-net-worth individuals. You will create proposals, impact reports, meetings, and follow-up plans while supporting TCF Canada’s education work in Pakistan. The role also requires researching prospects and maintaining fundraising records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with major donors and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop personalized stewardship and solicitation strategies
- Prepare proposals, impact reports, and follow-up plans
- Research and qualify prospective major donors
- Track interactions and fundraising progress in the CRM

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of fundraising or similar experience
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system
- Solid written communication skills
- Strong communication skills over the phone
