Epiq Counsel is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to support its Canadian legal team on a remote basis. This full-time engagement runs through at least the end of the year, with potential for extension, and offers the flexibility of working from anywhere in Canada.
The lawyer will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, provide business-friendly legal guidance, and independently manage matters in a quick-paced environment, ideally with in-house experience in a
