You explain product features, related items, and complete-project options. The position requires customer focus, effective communication, and a willingness to build knowledge across flooring and adjacent departments.

- Greet, engage, and thank customers using Home Depot’s GET Model
- Assess projects through open-ended questions about needs and expertise
- Recommend products, related items, services, and project options
- Maintain signed, displayed, and clean merchandise daily
- Follow safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures

Exigences:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and customer focus
- Interpersonal skills for customer assistance
- Retail or Trade experience of one to two years is an asset
- Availability for evenings and weekends may be required
