Lead payment implementations for Jonas Club Software, using project coordination and payment processing expertise to guide clients through successful go-live.

As Payments Implementation Specialist, you will own onboarding from kickoff through deployment. You will configure payment environments, coordinate stakeholders, and keep clubs aligned with requirements, timelines, and dependencies. The work spans merchant onboarding, gateways, terminals, testing, and production cutover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own implementations from kickoff through go-live within standard timelines
- Establish project milestones, schedules, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate clients, internal teams, partners, and technical resources
- Manage merchant onboarding, processor setup, and required documentation
- Facilitate testing, readiness reviews,



and production cutover activities

Requirements:

- Three or more years in implementation, coordination, onboarding, or customer success
- Payments, fintech, banking, software, or technology industry experience
- Understanding of card processing, ACH/EFT, gateways, settlement, and terminals
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
