Working under a Care Coordinator, you will perform personal care services supporting client needs. Responsibilities include hygiene, meals, housekeeping, outings, errands, medication reminders, mobility support, companionship, care plans, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping

Requirements:
