Rivian needs a hands-on Field Service Technician skilled in vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and electrical systems. The position supports vehicles remotely, at customer locations, and production facilities.

This level-agnostic technician position welcomes candidates across experience levels, from entry-level to career technicians. You will perform vehicle repairs, installations, inspections, and road tests while applying Rivian procedures. The work includes electric vehicle systems, tools, accessories, parts operations, and technical documentation. Candidates may work at service centers, customer homes, businesses, mobile routes, or other locations. Collaboration, qualified customer communication, ongoing training, quality, and safety are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, repair, install, and inspect Rivian vehicles




- Conduct road tests to verify repair quality
- Manage ordering, receiving, shipping, and inventory
- Document technical notes for internal and external use
- Support service campaigns and containment initiatives

Requirements:

- Automotive Journeyperson licence and Red Seal strongly preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability for forty hours, including possible weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
