Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble patient meals according to set menus
- Deliver food to patient rooms or dining halls
- Set, explicit, clean, and sanitize dining spaces
- Label food and leftovers correctly
- Participate in quality control audits and procedures

Requirements:

- Follow established food and equipment safety procedures
- Support nutrition services staff and student training
- Consult Dietitians or Nutrition Services Supervisors when changing menus
- Apply established portion standards during meal assembly
