You will investigate logs, determine root causes, recommend resolutions, and maintain security infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

- Action escalated incidents and service requests promptly
- Triage events according to severity and criticality
- Investigate logs and data sources for root causes

Requirements:

- Two to five years of hands-on security systems experience
