As a Merchant in the Super Market Division, you will report to the Category Director, Natural Foods. You will work with Merchants and complementary teams across merchandising, supply chain, marketing, loyalty, e-commerce, and operations. The work centers on products, promotions, assortment, pricing, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead promotional programs from product selection through performance evaluation
- Use data and analytics to build strategic category plans
- Build relationships with category vendors and external partners
- Support assortment optimization, planograms, and merchandising strategies




- Evaluate product innovation and private label program development

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- At least one year of merchant, buyer, retail sales, or merchandising experience
- Analytical approach and data-based decision-making experience
- Financial, business, and retail knowledge
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and software platform confidence
