Convergint is recruiting a Security Technician Service Specialist for moderately complex installed systems. The work supports existing customers through service calls, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, system checkouts, and small project installations. Technical support for end users and accurate service reporting are also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to scheduled, emergency, and after-hours customer service calls
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug installed systems
- Complete maintenance, replacements, and small project installations




- Prepare detailed service reports for invoicing and job tracking
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of relevant field service experience
- Technical experience with security, fire, or automation systems
- Solid programming and troubleshooting skills
- Diploma in Electronics preferred
- Relevant trade experience preferred
