Shape Genesys Cloud AI knowledge retrieval through taxonomy design and metadata modelling at Miratech, supporting enterprise content findability.

As an Information Scientist, you will improve information architecture for customer service agents, self-service users, and AI-powered solutions. The work covers knowledge-base analysis, content structure, search optimization, and retrieval quality. You will collaborate with the Senior PS Consultant and client content team to establish practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze knowledge-base structure, consistency, duplication, metadata, and searchability
- Assess 100–200 pilot articles for quality, accuracy, currency, and tagging
- Design taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, synonyms, and metadata models
- Define content-structuring guidelines and search optimization requirements




- Establish quality standards, lifecycle rules, reviews, and ownership guidelines

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in information science, taxonomy, metadata, architecture, or enterprise search
- Experience designing taxonomies and metadata models for enterprise content
- Experience analyzing search behavior and improving content findability
- Experience preparing content for AI search, retrieval, or virtual agents
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearance
