This Warehouse Colleague position handles unloading, stocking, and retrieving merchandise in the store’s backroom. You will replenish products, maintain floor presentation, support promotions, and assist sales and cash teams. The role also requires customer service, product knowledge, and accurate payment transactions. Pallet jack operation and independent decision-making support daily shipping and receiving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload, stock, and retrieve merchandise in the backroom
- Replenish stock and maintain product presentation on the floor
- Support sales floor and cash teams throughout the store
- Assist with flyer products and pricing changes
- Scan merchandise and process payment transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- First Class Customer Service Skills
- Ability to make shipping and receiving decisions
- Comfort working independently and seeking assistance when needed
- One year of preferred retail experience and high school diploma
