Support Remarcable’s primarily macOS workplace in Vancouver through device management, Google Workspace administration, and responsive technical support. This is an in-person position.

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will manage infrastructure, hardware, software provisioning, and help desk requests. The work includes Mac and Windows environments, Microsoft Azure, identity management, and cybersecurity initiatives. You will report to the future VP, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and manage Mac and Windows laptops
- Complete user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain networks, firewalls, printers, and conference rooms
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and licenses
- Manage accounts, SSO, MFA,



endpoint protection, and policies

Requirements:

- Three or more years of IT generalist experience
- Solid macOS and Windows management experience using Jamf and Intune
- High familiarity with Google Workspace and Azure AD SSO
- Working knowledge of Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
- Organized, communicative, customer-first, and independently capable
