Lead Founder Institute Montreal’s AI-native launch with bilingual founder recruitment and startup ecosystem leadership from Montreal, Canada. This part time role requires more during launch.

As Managing Director, you will build and lead the Montreal chapter from launch through ongoing operations. You will assemble co-leaders, recruit founders, and run FI’s methodology, AI platform, and global network. The work connects aspiring founders with mentors, investors, and capital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and lead two to three complementary co-leaders
- Recruit aspiring founders through local events and outreach
- Run program sessions and maintain the chapter schedule
- Recruit Montreal mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners
- Represent Founder Institute throughout Montreal’s startup ecosystem

Requirements:

- Based in Montreal with active local startup ecosystem presence
- Fluency in French and English
- Hands-on company-building experience, including launching a startup
- Ability to recruit senior co-leaders from your network
- Comfort using AI tools in daily work
