As a Delivery Driver at IMS,themain goal is theaccurate, efficient,timely,and secure delivery of customer ordersacross the GTA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Cores Responsibilities:
- Complete frequent truck, load, and paperwork checks to ensure safety, security, and accuracy
- Manageroutesand routines in the most efficient way possible
- Compliance with all government and in-house regulations and rules
- Adapt tochanging conditions safely andefficiently
- Observe and report equipment or mechanical failuresimmediately
- Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle,observeand report any problems, damage,equipmentor mechanical failuresimmediately
- Complete a minimum of two daily runs (departingfrom and returning to the warehouse)
- Helping to load and unload truck asrequired
- Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public
- Provideexcellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and positively represent IMS

Mandatory Requirements
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-years of commercial driving
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- G Class License
- Clean driving record and ability to produce a current driver's abstract
Skills and Abilities
- The ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Sit and drive for long distances
- Problemsolving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
