Lead weekend manufacturing operations at Weir ESCO in Port Hope, Ontario, using safety leadership, production oversight, and continuous improvement.

This onsite Supervisor contract supports Friday through Sunday operations for 16 to 24 hours weekly. The position manages safety, health, and environmental compliance while executing safety, quality, and production targets. It also coordinates maintenance schedules, timely repairs, contractors, and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate commitment to zero harm safety behaviors
- Mentor team leaders and team members effectively
- Deploy and sustain departmental initiatives with managers
- Monitor labor against production needs across departments
- Coordinate teams to maximize reliability and uptime

Requirements:

- Three to five years leading a unionized labour force
- Solid leadership and supervisory experience
- Manufacturing, maintenance, or trades setting experience preferred
- Familiarity with EAM and Oracle is ideal
- Comfort working Friday through Sunday shifts
