Reporting to the Meat Manager, this Meat Clerk delivers customer service and product knowledge while packaging, pricing, merchandising, and displaying products. The position suits someone committed to cleanliness, food safety, and positive customer experiences. Retail experience, especially in meat or deli, is preferred, and Meat Cutter training may be provided for advancement within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide product knowledge, including cooking and preparation recommendations
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked meat product displays
- Wrap, weigh, label, and accurately price products




- Prepare value-added sausage and hamburger patty products
- Receive, inspect, store, and rotate products safely

Requirements:

- Be at least 15 years of age
- High School diploma, GED, equivalent, or combined education and experience
- Retail experience, preferably in meat or deli
- High integrity, work ethic, flexibility, and willingness to learn
- Full availability for days, evenings, weekends, and early mornings
