As a Security System Technician, you will install, configure, service, and support client security systems under the District Installation Manager. Your work covers current installations, preventative maintenance, emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. You will help clients operate systems efficiently while maintaining accurate service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, reconfigure, remove, and relocate security products
- Conduct site surveys as required
- Provide technical and user support to clients
- Complete safety paperwork, drawings, pictures, and work orders




- Update project managers on installation status

Requirements:

- Excellent computer skills with A+ certification planned or underway
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and correctly
- Availability for 24-hour on-call rotations, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- BC Security License and United Steelworkers union membership
