This Human Resources Manager owns end-to-end HR operations while partnering with people managers across Univeris. The role leads recruitment, performance management, retention strategy, and cross-border governance. It also advances AI-enabled workflows, scalable employee processes, and workforce insights for executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and mission-critical technical roles
- Set interview rubrics, talent playbooks, and Lever standards
- Evaluate candidates’ AI-augmented capabilities across job families
- Coach managers on feedback, one-on-ones, and performance blockers




- Monitor attrition data and develop quarterly retention initiatives

Requirements:

- Six to eight-plus years of progressive HR management experience
- Experience leading operational compliance and commercial talent acquisition
- Proven senior technical or finance candidate evaluation experience
- Practical command of Ontario employment standards and investigations
- Hands-on experience with up-to-date cloud HR ecosystems
