Support Cargojet aircraft servicing and facility maintenance at YHM through equipment operation, repairs, cleaning, and safety-focused work. Versatile shift work is required.

Under facility maintenance and aircraft servicing management, this Aircraft Serviceman grooms aircraft and maintains hangar facilities. Duties include operating ground servicing equipment, troubleshooting systems, and completing preventive and corrective maintenance. The position also supports contractors, pilots, mechanics, coworkers, and management through accurate reporting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate lavatory trucks, forklifts, loaders, tugs, and lifts
- Service aircraft lavatories, cabins, cockpits, and cargo holds
- Perform facility repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping




- Complete walkthroughs and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment
- Support safety meetings, emergency drills, and response preparations

Requirements:

- High school graduation or equivalent experience
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license and AVOP
- Ability to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance
- Basic computer, reporting, planning, and organizational skills
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and shift work
