Maintain Meadow Ridge Seniors Village as a Casual Building Maintenance Worker using building systems, grounds care, and preventative maintenance skills. Work Monday to Friday or as scheduled.

Reporting to the Site Leader and Maintenance Supervisor, this Maintenance Worker supports overall building and grounds maintenance. The role includes work orders, routine and emergency repairs, painting, and fire safety support. It also requires clear communication, organization, and physical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete, log, and document required building checks promptly
- Maintain protected, operable buildings, envelopes, and grounds
- Execute work orders and preventative maintenance using Maintenance Care
- Paint vacant suites and touch up common areas
- Clear, shovel, sand, and salt winter exit areas

Requirements:

- High School graduation
- Minimum two years of relevant experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to operate related equipment and read building drawings
- Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check required
