As a Single-Family Site Superintendent, you will lead residential construction sites to Jayman’s quality standard. The work involves project management software, trade scheduling, and communication with customers, trades, sales, office, and service teams. You will coordinate construction details, timelines, completion, and safety throughout each home’s build.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead single-family home construction to Jayman quality standards
- Schedule trades using project management software
- Communicate with customers, trades, sales, office, and service teams




- Confirm completed trade work before authorizing payment
- Ensure hazard assessments and toolbox meetings occur

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years residential construction site management experience
- Project Management designation or equivalent education and experience
- Solid multitasking, proactive approach, and attention to detail
- Ability to delegate, make judgment calls, and act urgently
- Outlook and Excel skills; BuildPro familiarity is an asset
