Reporting to the Regional Clinic Manager, this Customer Care Representative supports a retail clinic environment. The role involves client accounts, appointment scheduling, insurance billing, and in-clinic device support. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., totaling 35 hours weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and email
- Schedule appointments for Hearing Care Professionals
- Organize clinic files and maintain client accounts
- Coordinate successful third-party billing with insurance companies
- Assist with cleanings and minor device repairs
Requirements:
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Experience reconciling accounts receivable, or interest in learning
- Commitment to helping others and building client relationships
- Availability to travel to other clinics
- Willingness to learn and grow knowledge
