Western Financial Group seeks an Insurance Broker to provide quotes, sell policies, and build lasting customer relationships. You will support home and auto policy purchases while meeting sales targets. Training may be provided to the right unlicensed candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quotes through phone, in-person, and email channels
- Sell new insurance policies to customers
- Assist home and auto policy purchases
- Follow up on accounts and resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct new business and renewal sales calls

Requirements:

- Skilled communication in-person, by phone, and email
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs
- Prior experience achieving sales targets is preferred
- General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Working experience with EPIC is an asset
