We invest in people who want to learn, improve, and advance within the company.The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Fabrication Apprentice to join our growing team full-time.Working closely with experienced fabricators and the Shop Manager, you'll assist in building custom millwork and fabrication projects from start to finish while developing valuable trade skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the fabrication and assembly of custom millwork, display fixtures, and architectural componentsLearn to safely operate CNC machines and woodworking equipment under supervisionUse millwork machinery including table saws, panel saws, edge banders, routers, drills, sanders, and other fabrication equipmentRead and interpret shop drawings with guidance from senior team membersMeasure, cut, prepare,
