Serve residents as a Security Concierge with FirstService Residential, using communication, organization, and access-control skills onsite across Ontario communities.

This full time Security Concierge role supports residents, clients, contractors, and visitors at onsite communities. Available locations include Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oshawa, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and Mississauga. The work includes front desk service, property protection, patrols, emergency response, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify resident needs, answer questions, and provide directions
- Screen messages and schedule authorized vendor access
- Patrol buildings, parking areas, and property perimeters
- Respond to emergencies and fire alarms




- Complete occurrence logs, incident reports, and software documentation

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Remain calm under pressure and act quickly
- Lift 50 pounds and stand or sit extended periods
- Communicate with clients by phone and in person
