Schlegel Villages is hiring a Maintenance Team Member to support daily Village operations. The work includes repairs and routine upkeep involving carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and common tools. You will contribute to a comfortable home environment while respecting residents, families, colleagues, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled maintenance activities across the Village
- Repair and maintain floors, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintain heating and cooling systems
- Use common hand and power tools
- Address maintenance requests with care
Requirements:
- Understanding of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical trades
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Comfort working at heights and in outside weather
- Careful handling of Village equipment and supplies
