Lead HP’s Product Owner transformation through Protected principles, people leadership, and practical AI-enabled product-management improvements. This is a full-time role in Canada. The Product Owner Manager will build a high-performing, product-centric capability across the organization. You will define role expectations, competency standards, career pathways, and performance mechanisms. The role combines direct leadership, organizational change, and operating-model adoption. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, develop, and assess the Product Owner team Define mandates, decision rights, practices, and competency frameworks Embed SAFe principles across planning, backlogs, and delivery Establish responsible AI workflows for Product Owner activities Measure capability maturity, adoption, quality,



and outcomes Requirements:

Significant experience leading Product Owners or comparable product-delivery roles Experience transforming roles, practices, or capability models People leadership experience covering coaching and performance management Experience leading organizational change across multiple stakeholder groups Strong facilitation, communication, metrics, and conflict-resolution skills Shape HP’s Product Owner capability through leadership, SAFe practices, organizational change, and accountable AI adoption.
