Guide Cubeler Business Hub members through onboarding in Montreal, with personalized demos, bilingual communication, and accurate Excel tracking. This is an on-site role five days weekly.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, the Onboarding Specialist supports recent and existing members from sign-up through service adoption. You will coordinate onboarding, explain Business Hub services, and help members connect and use the platform. The role combines customer outreach, training, data entry, and record management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new and existing members
- Deliver personalized walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions
- Make outbound calls and verify member link connections




- Track progress using Excel spreadsheets and accurate data entry
- Answer questions and follow up with inactive members

Requirements:

- One to two years in customer success or sales assistance
- Comfort with client outreach and cold calling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and data entry proficiency
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
