Build leadership skills through Cintas rotations spanning outside sales, operations, and customer service in a full time Management Trainee program.
This Management Trainee program develops business knowledge through hands-on departmental rotations. You will work with experienced managers across Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The program also develops leadership experience through sales analysis, customer relationships, and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate through departments from a leadership viewpoint
- Engage in outside sales and build customer relationships
- Address inquiries and resolve customer service issues
- Analyze sales data for informed business decisions
- Collaborate with leaders on sales and operational projects
Requirements:
- Have or obtain a Bachelor’s degree within six months
- Hold a valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Meet provincial regulated vehicle driving requirements
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program
- Co-op or internship experience is preferred
