As Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering & Product, you will manage mid-to-senior recruitment cycles from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with engineering and product leaders, hiring managers, People Business Partners, Finance, Compensation, and the wider TA team. Use Greenhouse, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and specialized communities to fill hard-to-fill technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead intake, posting, interviewing, negotiation, and closing
- Build pipelines through Boolean search and direct outreach
- Set requirements and interview plans with hiring managers
- Track pipelines, time-to-fill, conversion, and bottlenecks
- Improve technical interviewing and candidate experience
Requirements:
- Solid mid-to-senior recruitment cycle experience
- Hands-on Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles
- Ability to manage multiple active requisitions
- Solid stakeholder collaboration and problem-solving skills
