Support project financial forecasting at Canada Life using Clarity, SAP reconciliation, and reporting from Toronto, London, or Winnipeg.
This permanent full time PMO Financial Specialist supports the Technology Project Management Office’s Clarity and Data Analytics team. You will work with Finance, Procurement, project managers, and TPMO stakeholders. The focus is simplifying forecasts, protecting financial data integrity, and improving confidence in project spend.
Key Responsibilities: Understand end-to-end project financial processes with Technology Finance
Facilitate monthly project forecast reviews and portfolio adjustments
Reconcile Clarity project spend with SAP general ledger data
Develop solutions simplifying project financial forecasting




Create user guidelines and training materials for application users
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or professional certification
Two or more years in Finance and/or Accounting
Experience supporting project managers, PMO teams, and technology teams
Hands-on project portfolio management systems experience preferred
Strong spreadsheet, reporting, problem-solving, and process analysis skills
Apply project finance, Clarity, SAP reconciliation, and stakeholder collaboration skills to strengthen Canada Life forecasting processes.
