Lead 0→1 initiatives through architecture and launch
Build reliable services, APIs, and polished interfaces
Identify risks, dependencies, and foundational investments
Align Stripe teams on shared capabilities and priorities
Requirements: 8+ years of backend or full stack experience
Track record owning ambiguous systems end to end
Experience leading substantial projects as a senior individual contributor
Solid reliability, security, and maintainability judgment
Excellent cross functional collaboration and product sense
