As Lead Producer, you manage the Production department and serve as its primary people manager and organizational lead. You oversee direct-report performance, health, and career development while supporting project-focused Producers. The role partners with studio leadership on structure and processes for high-quality results.

Lead Producers as their primary people manager
Support Producers with representation across departments and studios
Partner with studio leadership on organizational structure
Ensure processes support timely, budget-conscious delivery
Requirements: Experience managing a Production department
Ability to lead and develop direct reports
Capability to support project-focused Producers
Experience partnering with studio leadership
Availability for full-time, on-site work
