Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Energy Management Specialist advances sustainability across manufacturing operations. This position develops energy programs, analyzes consumption data, assesses savings, and coordinates projects with Efficiency Manitoba, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic energy management programs supporting efficiency goals
Maintain metering dashboards and identify consumption anomalies
Manage energy projects at the Lagimodiere plant
Prepare savings assessments and capital expenditure business cases
Lead audits, reports, campaigns,



and employee engagement
Requirements: Professional engineer with three plus years of relevant experience
Certified Engineering Technician with five plus years’ experience
Post-secondary education with ten plus years’ experience
Knowledge of industrial processes and effective technologies
Financial analysis, project management, and communication skills
