This senior engineering position supports technology demonstrators and early phases of new aircraft development. You will define project scope and deliverables, manage evolving requirements, and coordinate engineering communities, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders. The role requires sound judgment across uncertainty, project risks, costs, schedules, and change activities.
Key Responsibilities: Define project objectives for technology maturation and aircraft development
Own execution of medium-complexity projects within budget
Justify deviations and lead recovery actions when required
Collaborate with engineering,



cross-functional, and external stakeholders
Lead change management and continuous process improvement
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Eight to ten years of aerospace industry experience
Project engineering experience considered an asset
Comfort working with uncertainty and evolving project scope
Autonomous, results-driven approach with solid communication skills
Use project leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and change management expertise to advance Bombardier aircraft technology programs.
