As Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will lead the security operations function and its strategic direction. The position oversees monitoring, threat management, incident response, and operational security processes. You will manage risk, strengthen capabilities, and guide security professionals protecting BDO’s enterprise workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Establish security operations direction, processes, and service delivery standards
Oversee monitoring and threat detection capabilities
Direct incident investigation, containment, recovery, and reviews
Manage providers, technology partners, and internal relationships

Requirements: Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
Experience leading, developing, and mentoring cybersecurity teams
Knowledge of incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber defense
Experience securing complex enterprise and cloud environments
