As a Senior ML Engineer, you will own classifier development across preparation, evaluation, deployment, and improvement. The position combines masked language pre training, fine tuning, tokenizers, ONNX export, and production performance measurement. You will also support an effective email filtering engine and explain model scoring clearly.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain training corpora for spam detection
Select thresholds and analyze precision and recall
Train transformers and measure CPU inference performance
Review classifier, rule, and model changes
Document technical decisions, specifications, and post mortems
Requirements: Five or more years in consequential detection systems
Hands on PyTorch transformer training experience
Experience independently releasing a machine learning classifier
Python, Linux, shell scripting, and shared server experience
Regular use of AI coding agents and tools
Bring transformer training, classifier ownership, and technical communication to practical email security model development.
