Lead safe gas plant operations at Pembina’s K3 facility near Fox Creek, coordinating maintenance, projects, compliance, and operational readiness. Work Monday to Friday.
As Foreman, Operations, you will support the Supervisor, Operations within Pembina’s Operations Division. The role coordinates facility activities supporting safe, reliable, and effective operations. Key focus areas include PMM maintenance planning, project schedules, regulatory compliance, and asset reliability. You will also provide temporary Day Foreman coverage when required.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate operational readiness and facility work priorities
Support PMM maintenance planning and outage activities
Develop schedules, cost estimates, and project documentation




Monitor performance and identify reliability improvements
Coordinate stakeholders and facilitate operational meetings
Requirements: Second Class Power engineering certification or active progression
Seven years of progressively responsible plant operations experience
Panel DCS experience in an operations environment
Decisive troubleshooting skills under stressful conditions
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
