This senior engineering role spans front end, back end, and AI/ML initiatives for a new product line serving insurance brokers. You will help design intelligent systems, automate manual processes, and create data-driven insights. PolicyMe’s core stack includes Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full stack feature development for AI-powered web applications
Define architecture and technical principles for AI/ML systems
Research and prototype emerging artificial intelligence technologies
Strengthen security, scalability, and observability across cloud architecture




Mentor engineers and communicate technical strategies cross-functionally
Requirements: Five-plus years developing full stack web and production AI/ML systems
Deep expertise in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation engines
