Reporting to the General Manager, this manager oversees aggregate operations activities across various site locations. The work combines supervisory leadership, surface mining knowledge, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance planning. Success requires coordination with Sales, Quality Control, Dispatch, Health & Safety, Human Resources, IT, and the Crupi Shop.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operations personnel and activities across aggregate sites
Develop and monitor plant production schedules
Execute repair and proactive maintenance programs
Coordinate subcontractor activities across various sites
Prepare reports, metrics, payroll, and invoice approvals
Requirements: Five or more years supervising in an aggregate setting
Strong practical knowledge of surface mining operations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to mentor and lead a team
G license for frequent GTA site travel
Apply operations leadership, surface mining knowledge, production scheduling, and maintenance planning across GTA aggregate sites.
