Lead construction support at Bruce Power in Tiverton, Ontario, with expertise in project execution, safety, and stakeholder coordination. This permanent, full time position is site based.
As Section Manager within the Major Component Replacement division, you will manage construction tasks, deliverables, and field execution. The work spans engineering requirements, construction contracts, project controls, and regulatory compliance. You will support challenging nuclear projects, including the Life Extension Program and medical isotope production.
Key Responsibilities: Manage construction tasks, deliverables, and field execution
Coordinate construction contracts and stakeholder communications
Control scope, schedule, budget, risks, and opportunities
Review drawings, documents, methods,



and constructability
Lead vendors and cross-functional project relationships
Requirements: Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
Knowledge of EPSCA collective agreements with building trades
Strong leadership abilities for coaching Human Performance behaviours
Ability to interpret and approve complex construction documents
Understanding of regulatory, licensing, and legal requirements
Bring construction leadership, nuclear project expertise, safety focus, and coordination skills to Bruce Power’s MCR division.
