Lead health, safety, and wellness governance across two facilities, supporting approximately 1,450 team members on three shifts through strategic oversight.
This manager provides leadership for the Health & Safety Management System and regulatory compliance. The work covers risk management, training oversight, audits, and organizational safety objectives. You will advise senior leadership while partnering with departments to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Develop health, safety, wellness, and security strategies
Oversee legislative and regulatory compliance requirements
Lead policies, programs, standards, and training oversight
Advise leadership on organizational risk matters
Drive safety culture improvement through performance measurement
Requirements:



Degree or diploma in occupational health and safety, human resources, business administration, or related field
Minimum 10 years progressive health and safety experience
Five years management experience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
Experience leading management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
